The "Online Options" button text is inconsistent with the menu name

The text for the online options menu button on the settings screen is not consistent with the name of the menu. Using the en_us translations the text for the button is "Online" while the name of the menu when you open it is "Online Options".

This should be changed to make the button's displayed text consistent with the linked menu's name as well as make it more apparent what the button does. As most users would not know what the purpose of the button is when it is named just "Online".

I have attached two screenshots to this ticket. The options.png file shows the options menu where you can see that the button is named "Online" and online_options.png shows that the menu's name is "Online Options".
