Unable to change gamerule numberbox on world creation

What I expected to happen was...:
Being able to change the gamerule's numberbox.

What actually happened was...:
I was unable to change the variables within the gamerule settings upon creating a new world.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Create new world"
2. Click on Game Rules
3. Change for example: "Respawn location radius"
