Exiting from Minecraft improperly lead to issues in the graphics card

I noticed it in Pre4
When I got out of Minecraft using the x from the window instead of "Quit Game", it started to appear graphic glitches on my screen, not captured by PrintScreens.
It solved itself after I played the game again for some time, I thing this is some Graphics Card version of a memory leak
