[MC-242008] Full azalea tree does not generate just the leaves

Was testing in pre release 5 and found this. The branches generated and the leaves but the rest of tree doesn't generate. Seed: -3741095249528218677 cords in the attachment below

I was unable to reproduce this. The full tree generated as normal. See the latest attachment

I loaded up the same seed again and yet yielded the same results as the first time I tried

I'm not able to reproduce this either, but this might be a case of MC-242034 / MC-55596, so reproducing might not be too trivial.

Are you still able to reproduce this issue? I cannot in 23w41a.
I had found 15+ trees, and they all had logs. Even the ones that were very close to other trees:
