Could be related to MC-170549 (because the decorator probably treats the snow in the village houses as if they were "natural" blocks).

I was unable to reproduce in 1.18 pre-release 6. Did you fly or teleport to that location?

I made sure to generate a new world in 1.18-pre6 and teleported to the location, and the issue is still present.

The seed has changed at some point between 22w12a and 22w17a, so this can no longer be reproduced with these seed and coordinates. However, this might still be an issue.
