The bonus chest's torches now remove blocks.

What I expected to happen was...:
Bonus chest's torches to be placed on blocks if that block space was currently occupied or that it would find another place to place the bonus chest.

What actually happened was...:
The chest generates and torches surrounding the chest remove blocks to place themselves. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable bonus chest

2. load a new world and use the seed, "-3004147562834701425"

3. Go to the bonus chest at  X 5 Y 88  Z 40
