We are trying to build a raid farm but the source block wont flow into a specific X coordinate on every single Y coordinate. if we place a source block in the area that wont allow water to flow into it. The water acts completely normal. Any answers?

According to the F3 screen, it seems that the server is a Paper server, not vanilla Minecraft. Therefore, this is not a valid bug report.
