Kelp can be placed on top of a Trap-Door when the Trap-Door is surrounded by Dirt-Blocks

A closed top-half trapdoor has a solid top face, which is enough for kelp to be supported. The other blocks are completely unrelated here.

Sorry, i thought that kelp could only be placed on: Gravel, Sand, and Dirt.
