The rail connects to only one other rail, regardless of location

I think this is an intended feature, not a bug

if rail turn to a another rail if it on cord X+, the next Z+, the next X-, Z-! it IS BUG

(if you will be destroy the rails, a told about - "the next Z+, the next X-, Z-")

I can't see any issues here. Could you please show how do you think it should look?

If you power that rail it will flip. That is intended. It will always connect in one way, and can be flipped one other way through powering it. Any other behavior, as great as it would be, is a feature request.
