Falling in the void and trying to respawn crashes the game

When falling the void (in survival mode) and trying to respawn, the game crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up a survival world with cheats enabled

2. Use commands to get rid of the bedrock

3. Fall into the void

4. Click "Respawn"

5. The game will crash

What should happen: You should be able to respawn
