(These are very minor issues that are just texture related) (Im also very new to bug reporting and i may not be very helpful with this but i thought it would be good to help a bit! its the least i can do)
1: Cactus Texture on the bottom (Outer Pixels) are using the old texture for the cactus
2: Stitching issue with the tools.
3: The Recipes icon still uses the old texture for the knowledge book.
4: Spectator icons use the old textures for the eye of ender
5: Im not sure about this one but i think the obersver uses the old textures as well.
6: Statistic Icons show the old textures for the tools
7: Blaze rods (Bottom ones) show a texture that seems out of place. (Might not be an issue)
