[MC-168716] Some spectator sprites use outdated textures

Some item and block textures in the gui files spectator_widgets.png, toasts.png, and stats_icons.png use the programmer art version still.

Statistics is now being tracked at MC-266993 so I've removed this from the report. The toasts textures have also been updated with the remaining issue being tracked at MC-265752. I've updated this report to focus purely on some spectator sprites using old texture designs.
