[MC-191033] Textures of "teleport to player" and "teleport to team member" icons have 1.13 eye of ender texture

The bug

When in spectator mode you can click the middle mouse button to bring up a hotbar with the options "teleport to player" and "teleport to team member". I believe that behind the Steve heads, the eye of ender has the old 1.13, instead of the new 1.14 one.

The lighter pixels in the bottom left make me think it's the older one, along with the shading on the top row of pixels.

Please bump the affected version to 1.16.2 so the developers know it's still an issue; it was used to create the preview - a comparison between the spectator widget texture and the Eye of Ender texture with a rather noticeable difference.
