Villagers getting hurt when entering the game

I the world in which I most commonly play on, I used a seed to spawn in a village. However sometimes when I first log into the game, I hear the villagers making their getting hurt sound. However when I leave the game the villagers are just fine.

I have noticed villagers disappearing for unknown reasons. But this might be the reason.
