l experienced world freeze when made meadow-only world with structure generation in RC3. Maybe (but l'm not sure) infinite loop happens when some structure tries to generate on top of the water pool.

At least I could not confirm it 😞 (with rc3, meadow only, structure gen on)

Maybe it's a problem with your computer, or maybe it happens with certain seed values.
