[MC-243069] Structure blocks fail to load redstone placed on dispensers

On a redstone build I'm making with TNT, to create backups I used structure blocks but whenever I load the structure in it's missing the redstone I placed on the dispensers, as seen in the files attached below.

Yea that's the same issue. When looking for this issue I was a bit to specific and missed that.
