Torches in Experimental Bedrock (Caves and Cliffs) not in recipe

Are you actually playing on Bedrock Edition? The UI in your screenshot looks like the Java Edition UI.

Oh, you're correct. I have both version. The screenshot is JAVA.

Moved to the MC project.

I think it's because some recipes won't unlock unless you do certain actions.
