[MC-118772] No torch recipe given when acquiring charcoal or coal

Playing with doLimitedCrafting set to 'true'. I cannot obtain a torch because I'm not granted the recipe when I discovered coal and charcoal. Also I already have sticks.

You'll get the torch recipe as soon as you've mined your first stone block, so that's intended.

Actually it is being unlocked when you get a stone pick in your inventory.
Anyway, it is intended.
