[MC-243499] Tropical Fish spawning in wrong biome

I found two tropical fish spawn in the waters around the stone shores biome, which isn't supposed to be an area they can spawn in. There is a lush caves biome located close by but it doesn't look obviously like one.

The stony shore is literally a land biome, so I guess they spawned in the ocean biome next to it. Check to see what biome it is

No world seed, and it is possible that they spawned in a nearby tropical ocean biome.

I forgot to include the world seed...my bad. But from what i can remember, there was no warm ocean biome close by...but I will definitely check.

I seem to have figured it out, an area of water close by was under the lush caves biome...even though it looks nothing like a lush cave.
