[MC-243646] Block Rendering

In Minecraft Java 1.18 there is a bug that when placing block it will take around a second for the block that is being place to render to the player. it can also happen in the Bedrock version of the game where it happens every 5 seconds

Can this please fix this?

Please provide a video of the bug in action, with the F3 debug menu enabled.

I cannot reproduce this behavior in 1.19. As stated above already, please provide some screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled. This would assist in diagnosing the potential problem here. Thanks in advance! 🙂
