[MC-244213] No iron golem spawn egg in creative

When trying out new iron farms to see how they will interact with one another i tried to summon many iron golems at once using the egg in creative, but now it seems to have been removed

Duplicate of MC-189872.

You can however build an iron golem by placing blocks of iron in a T shape and a carved pumpkin on top of the central block
