[MC-189872] Certain mobs don't have spawn eggs

Certain in-game mobs have no spawn egg within the game.

Just to be clear, "Confirmed" does NOT mean that something is guaranteed to be a bug. It only means that the game behaves as described.

Illusioners, giants, and killer bunnies are not supported (MC-48071).

This is more than likely intended, but I could not find an existing ticket for this.

Zombie Horse are also not supported but they have a spawn egg within the game as well.

It's very likely a feature request despite the inconsistency. Same goes to MC-188666.

Charged creeper are not a separate mob, I don't think, they should have spawn eggs.
