On the 1.18 seed 6743022422842032141 , when I loaded in the squids had the texture of salmon. I went into creative to grab the spawn egg and tried spawning a few more, but they had the same problem. I then saved and quit my world, rejoined, and both the squid and the salmon had gone white, then invisible. When reloading the texture, using f3 and T, the squid and salmon suddenly had the texture of a panda. Reloading again did nothing, as did relaunching minecraft. Making an entirely new world also produced the panda texture.
