I followed the eye's to exactly where they lead to and there is no strong hold around the area.
My hardcore world seed: 6640701937999192258 generated structures on bonus chest off. Only loaded in 1.18

This is a duplicate of MC-244703 The stronghold in that world is below Y=0 which Eyes of Ender currently can't go below
@unknown If this world was made in 1.18, it is not a duplicate of MC-135996; if it was made in an older version, and then updated, it is.
