I somehow had chosen 2 recipes at once, creating a bug.
The result items and their tooltip had combined, creating a bugged recipe.
I could craft only one of them because I only had items for the second item in my inventory.
Note: I had a datapack installed, but couldn't replicate again with the datapack.

This issue can be reproduced by shift-clicking items into crafting tables, furnaces, etc... whilst having recipe book previews displayed, therefore making this is a duplicate of MC-124961.
