When right clicking a light block with a light block item, the texture of the block should change to reflect the change that's happened. However, instead of changing the texture to display the light level that the block has the texture gets messed up. See attachment for an example.
What I believe is happening here is that the light block changes texture to match the updated light level while the previous level's texture is still being displayed, resulting in a temporary glitch in the texture.
The steps to reproduce are:
Use the /give command to give yourself a light block
Place a light block
Right click rapidly on the placed block using the light block item and observe results
