(May be related to MC-245603 reported by me)
The bug is when a critical flaming arrow (or maybe a fast flaming arrow) trying to get through powder snow, it passes directly instead of interacting with the powder snow.
How to reproduce:
1.Create a new world in 1.18.1
2.Place a powder snow at the same height as your face
3.Get a bow with flame enchant
4.Hold your right mouse button towards the powder snow and shoot a critical flaming arrow
Expected behaviour:
The arrow interacts with the powder snow
(Because of MC-245603, flaming arrows won't go out if interact with powder snow, but the powder snow should vanish.)
Observed behaviour:
There is a chance that the arrow passes directly instead of interacting with the powder snow.
