[MC-245953] When walking in soul fire on soul soil, flames in face show red instead of blue.

What I expected to happen was...:
Flames in face would be blue.

What actually happened was...:
Flames in face were red.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put soul soil.
2. Put soul flame on soul soil.

3. Walk through soul flame.

Environment

Put your operating system Windows 10 and latest Java version available as of 12/22/2021.
