Fairly small but annoying bug where the dirt block gradually takes damage while farming wheat on a single block.
How to reproduce:
1. Hold x amount of bone meal and put x amount of wheat seeds in your off-hand
2. Use a hoe to create farmable land near a body of water.
3. Repeatedly place a seed, bone meal it to wheat and break it.
4. Repeat step 3 until the dirt block under it breaks. While doing this, do not hit any other block other than the wheat.

I don't think they are one and the same. They are definitely similar but in MC-69865 he doesn't seem to be trying to break a different block. In my case I am breaking wheat and then the dirt. I basically alternate between placing wheat seeds and then breaking 2 seperate block entities.
Edit: The video is compressed in H265 so might be why you can't view it. I'd recommend downloading the file then opening it in VLC or something that supports H265

If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

My specific case of this bug is most likely not affected by Optifine. As Tail commented 3 days ago (for example: MC-157404), there are similar cases where players have experienced the same issue. I'd be fine if this would be marked as duplicate as there are a reasonable amount of them when opening the MC-157404 ticket where the issue is described.
