[MC-24808] eating bread, Hunger bar doesn't fill up

I just handle some horses and I ate some bread (or other type of food) and I note the hunger bar doesn't fill up

Sorry if bad english, I am spanish and I'm learning some english

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here. Are you on a server or in a single-player world?

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
