This may be intended, but when working on a custom biome where everything's grayscale (or, what can be. So leaves, water, etc). I noticed that birch and spruce leaves don't react to biome color (neither do azalea leaves, but that feels more intentional). Not a big deal, and maybe intentional, but I'll mention it in case it's a bug.

Looks like it may be. And looks like slicedlime commented βFor Vanilla Minecraft, it is definitely intended that certain types of leaf blocks (like spruce) are intended to always look the same and not be colored by biome variations (much like real life spruce).β A tad annoying for this custom biome, but not the end of the world. Guess it is intended, so I think this report can be closed.
