on screenshot 2012-11-8_10.26.23.png on night i see lyne with no rain
on screnshots 2012-11-08_10.58.43.png, 2012-11-08_10.59.37.png, 2012-11-08_10.59.53.png there where you are not raining
it will to rain and there will not be any lines

This is working as intended, you don't see the rain on block you're standing on.
