[MC-248643] squid and fish spawning does not work in some locations

an area of water that allows squids to spawn in one location does not let them spawn in another location. In this world download there is an area of water where squids should spawn but do not. world: https://www.mediafire.com/file/p0kbjwslub0fj7u/squid+farm+river.zip/file

This problem appears in squids, glow squids, fish mobs.

Are you sure that all these locations were and rivers or oceans and between Y50-64?

Could you check the world DL as it's the same world as my working farm from 1.18.1. Maybe i overlooked something so I'd like others to look into it.

Can you still reproduced this issue in 1.19.4?
