Minecarts behave inconsistently whilst moving, for example minecarts turning corners near nether portals will glitch into portals or minecarts leaving a detector rail in a new direction will trigger the rail even though they are not on top of it.
How to Replicate:
Create a corner junction as shown in figure 1, for reference the bug only occurs if the minecart starts travelling either south or west.
Place a minecart and push it towards the detector rail.
✔ Observe that the mincart initially powers the detector rail as it turns the corner, powering the piston and stopping the minecart in the corner.
❌ Observe that once the piston retracts and the minecart starts moving on it's new trajectory it triggers the detector rail again causing the piston to fire and pushing the minecart off the track.
We have also observed this bug in the latest 1.19 snapshot however I am not able to select that version currently.

Those inconsistencies caused me quite a few issues in the past and still do in 1.19.4 would really appreciate a fix for this.
Based off the attached screenshots of both issues, this seems to be the same issue as MC-258973 which has been resolved as Won't Fix. Since this issue is triaged, it may make sense to relate the two.
Happens in 1.21 as well.
Upvote this. We all hate being unable to stack chest minecarts and using a piston bolt to transport them. Or even just one chest minecart seems to be too much to ask.
But the experimental minecart changes are not supported officially and break many other minecart behaviours when enabled. It's not a real fix.
