Detector rails detect minecarts on perpendicular tracks in certain directions

Detector rails facing into a rail line continue to detect minecarts on the perpendicular rail line. This behavior only happens directionally. Bug exists in Java versions 1.19.2, 1.19.3 and possibly earlier versions.

To replicate: 

1. Build the attached structure with the yellow arrow pointing in the south or west direction.

2. Place a minecart on the blue concrete.

3. The minecart will move forward, change tracks, then the piston will begin pulsing indefinitely.
