[MC-248931] Right clicking enchanted saddle onto horses removes enchantment

When applying an enchanted saddle to a horse via right-click, the enchantment gets removed.
Step to reproduce:
1. Aquire an enchanted saddle
2. right-click a horse/donkey/mule with the enchanted saddle to apply the saddle
3. Check horse inventory

My bad, I assumed that this was a bug I'd seen before

P.S. Are you sure that this is 1.18.2? Java 17 is required to run newer versions of Minecraft.

Um... binding was only used as an example in this report; the issue is about the applied saddle having no enchantments, not about binding not working...

Reopen this.
