Powered rails break on double pistons retracting

What I expected to happen was...:
The powered rail to stay on top of the double extending pistons while retracting

What actually happened was...:
They stay on the piston when double extending but break during the retraction

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a double piston extender pointing upward with a powered rail on top
2. Extend the bottom piston, then the top piston
3. Retract the top piston, then the bottom piston

Works as intended, it is not a gravity affected block and needs a support block to exist; pullinga sticky piston does not pull the block at the sticky side (replace it with any other block, you'll see it stays in place).

Yeah, this is expected. Sticky pistons don't pull blocks if they have been pulled by another sticky piston.

Consider putting a slime block on top of the upper piston and putting the rail on top of that.
