[MC-249078] Bucket of Tadpole water color is not consistent with Water Bucket or water buckets containing mobs water color

The color doesn't match with Water Bucket's color as the former is different shade of blue.

Likely intended, as this is the color of swamp water in which tadpoles should be found.

The colors will clash too much in blue water. WAI
