[MC-249276] Muddy Mangrove Roots contradicts its block tag and material

In game, note block on a Muddy Mangrove Roots sounds like dirt and not like wood.
In game Muddy Mangrove Roots can break faster with shovel.
In source code its material is dirt.
But now it is been called Muddy Mangrove Roots .
I suggest change english name to ''Mangrove Rooted Mud''.

Potentially WAI since it's a variant of Mangrove Roots, and changing it would make it inconsistent with its origin block

I guess it's kinda similar to rooted dirt, but instead of dirt interspersed with azalea roots, it's mud interspersed with mangrove roots. Still the name is kinda misleading.
