The debug menu can no longer fit on the screen with the biggest GUI scale. Making an option to disable certain debug features would fix this(with F3+E or something).

Turn your gui scale down. On my (around 40”) Samsung TV, with the GUI scale at 3, my debug is fine, but monitors may not be.
