[MC-239288] Debug menu is too big to fit on screen

The debug menu can no longer fit on the screen with the biggest GUI scale. Making an option to disable certain debug features would fix this(with F3+E or something).

to fix this, u need to go to video settings in the pause menu,

then click screen safe area and put that slider up to 100%

Going into your video settings and decreasing the GUI size (don't use autoscale) will help solve the problem.
