Dispensers cannot place mangrove or chest boats

I was messing around in the snapshot testing with chest boats, and I was trying to place one with a dispenser but couldn't get it to work. I then tested with a normal boat and it worked just fine. I thought it was because they were chest boats they couldn't be placed, but then i tested mangrove boat and that didn't work either. So that's basically it: you can't place mangrove and chest boats with a dispenser.
