The Bug:
The "Shader rendertype_entity_translucent_emissive could not find sampler named Sampler2 in the specified shader program." warning is logged in the game output console when launching the game.
This issue was not present in 1.18.2 or 22w11a.
The following message was printed into the game output console shortly after launching the game in 22w12a.
Shader rendertype_entity_translucent_emissive could not find sampler named Sampler2 in the specified shader program.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch an instance of 22w12a with logs enabled.
Watch the game output console closely.
Take note as to whether or not the "Shader rendertype_entity_translucent_emissive could not find sampler named Sampler2 in the specified shader program." warning is logged in the game output console when launching the game.
Observed Behavior:
A warning is logged.
Expected Behavior:
No warning would be logged.

Can confirm this is an issue still in 1.19.2

Can confirm. I discovered this when I was developing a mod and wanted to check for a mistake in my custom models.

this issue is caused by the special rendering of Drowned's emissive parts

This bug occur in 24w33a and got fixed in 24w34a, guess it's thanks to the fix of MC-275296
