The Bug
Gravity blocks, item frames, paintings, signs, and banners can be placed on sculk veins. This is inconsistent with how similar blocks work, such as vines and glow lichens.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a sculk vein.
Place a gravity block, item frame, painting, sign, or banner on it. (Signs and banners have to be placed in a specific way; view the attached video to see how)
Observed Behavior
Gravity blocks, item frames, paintings, signs, and banners can be placed on sculk veins.
Expected Behavior
Gravity blocks, item frames, paintings, signs, and banners would not be able to be placed on sculk veins.

In my testing, this appears to affect most blocks that require support, for example, signs, banners, blocks with gravity, etc... Also affects 22w13a.
I can confirm this behavior. Note that this isn't the case with glow lichens.
