[MC-249543] When I want to make a water mlg in the forest it doesnt work

It waterloggs the leaves and I die please fix this. I want to place water ontop of the leaves.

It is a suggestion. Leaves are waterloggable now, and you are asking to remove that feature.

Using water buckets on any waterlogged block waterlogs it. The behavior is consistent, and this is a change request, not a bug.
