THIS BUG EFFECTS ALL VERSIONS WITH ONLINE VERIFIACTION!!!
Well, I'll make it short:
Who has given permissions out to limit ME to only use ONE instance used for ONLINE Mode?
This is against any law because I have purchase this Game so nobody is allowed to limit me with my one account on how many SP or MP Instances I am parallel on except for my hardware requirements.
Also why is my session expirering? Is this a bacn account or smth. similar? No! So session has to be killed AFTER the client was closed and not while idle in the menu screen!
So we have nasty bugs out there which must be fixed in all affected versions to be able to play the game how you want it to be played and nothing else.

Also, this is utter nonsense.
Sesions expire when the client closes, or a new account authentication request is send to mojang's services (a new client is launched).
@Chandler - It is a bug as I never close my client. I only idle in the main menu and also your comment is not even telling me why you are stating that it is not a bug means that you must provide additional explenation why YOU are thinking that THIS is not a bug, thanks.
@Dhranios - And here is the law breaking thing: Mojang and/or MS has no right to limit me in the usage of only ONE client! If my PC can handle 100 Clients I am allowed to play online with my MC Account on all these 100 clients without beeing forced to re-authenticate every time.
It is my right since I purchcased MC to play it which does not exclude the usage of one account and multiple MC Instances running parralel, they are included with the purchcase I did in the past. And due to new EU Law for selling digital content Mojang/MS is not allowed to set limits here.
This means that this Bug is not even resolved and was never fully investigated. I refuse to close this as long as there is no fully, detailed review about that bug. And since I am the also called reporter I strictly prohibit any markings as resolved or similar without that what I have requested, otherwise it will show that either MS nor Mojang cares about there players
Hi! I'd like to make a few things clear here:
1. Microsoft and Mojang both have a right to do what they want with their game. You bought it, but its not up to you how the game works or what it limits you on. This isn't a bug because it's a system intentionally placed into the game, regardless of your preference.
2. Since this bug tracker is operated by Mojang, they have a right to remove or resolve any reports they see fit (Terms of Use). As a moderator, these privileges are extended to myself within reasonable bounds. Please know that I am just a volunteer, and am in no way speaking on Mojang's behalf here.
Please do not continue to argue about this, as doing so will only get this report deleted and/or your account banned.
