The Bug:

Retrieving items from allays in creative mode grants the held item even if it's already present in your inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch into creative mode and summon an allay.

2. Give the allay an item and retrieve it back from it.

3. Take note as to whether or not retrieving items from allays in creative mode grants the held item even if it's already present in your inventory.

Observed Behavior:

You are granted the held item even if it's already present in your inventory.

Expected Behavior:

You would only be granted the held item if it isn't present in your inventory.
