Allay renders too low in boat, boat with chest, minecart and entities.

Below is the command to reproduce:

/summon boat ~ ~1 ~ {Passengers:[{id:allay}]}

/summon minecart ~ ~1 ~ {Passengers:[{id:allay}]}

/summon pig ~ ~1 ~ {Passengers:[{id:allay}]}

1.19.1 pre release 5 and can still confirm this game-boggling rendering glithch.

Please fix this before I come to sweden and ask for it to be fixed in person. (Just kidding. I have no way of getting there, but still. Please fix this)
