Mangrove trees don't replace certain blocks with roots

Can confirm. Also applies to other weak/replaceable blocks, e.g. flowers. Maybe a more generic title similar to "Mangrove tree roots don't replace some blocks" would be better.

It appears that this would be solved by adding more items to the #mangrove_roots_can_grow_through block tag. I am working on a datapack as a temporary fix/workaround.
I've done some testing, and it doesn't look like mangrove trees being grown from popagoles respect this tag.

Valid for replaceable blocks like snow layers and crimson/warped roots and nether sprouts, but not applicable to non-replaceables like flowers, fungus, and lily pads.
