Mud isn't a part of the #dirt block tag

The Bug

Despite Mud basically being a type of dirt and allowing all types of plants (except bamboo and big dripleaf) to be placed on it and grown it isn't apart of the #dirt block tag

Reproduce

• Get some Mud

• Press F3

• Look at the tags

Observed Result

It wasn't apart of #dirt

Expected Result

It would be apart of #dirt since it shares many similar properties to dirt
